Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic and
dedicated Permanent QC Technician to join our team in the
Manufacturing industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for
individuals who have a passion for quality control and are eager to
make a significant impact in a fast-paced, cold environment within
the food industry. Our QC Technician will play a pivotal role in
ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality,
safety, and customer satisfaction. This position requires a minimum
of 5 years of experience in a similar role and offers a competitive
compensation package. Responsibilities: As a QC Technician, you
will be responsible for: 1. Conducting regular quality control
tests and inspections on all products to ensure they meet
established specifications for quality, safety, and client
satisfaction. 2. Analyzing and interpreting test results and making
recommendations for necessary adjustments. 3. Maintaining accurate
and up-to-date documentation of all quality control activities. 4.
Assisting in the development and implementation of improved quality
control methods. 5. Working in a cold environment and ensuring that
all safety practices are adhered to. 6. Collaborating with
production teams to identify and rectify potential quality risks
and to continuously improve product quality. 8. Participating in
internal and external audits and ensuring corrective actions are
implemented for any non-conformities identified. 9. Keeping
up-to-date with the latest developments in quality control
techniques and industry standards. Qualifications: To be successful
in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience
in a Quality Control position within the food industry. 2.
Proficiency in working in a cold environment. 3. A strong
understanding of quality control standards and testing
methodologies. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
team. 6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 7. A
degree or diploma in a related field would be considered an asset.
