Job Functions / Responsibilities
+ Coordinates daily cycle count activities.
+ Provides daily reports of inventory count accuracy and status of
SAP material movements and errors.
+ Routes and files inventory adjustment records.
+ Audit and verify recounts of discrepancies and daily bin
maintenance.
+ Interfaces with warehouse manager on root cause analysis of
inventory issues.
+ Ability to stay organized and effective time management are
critical to role.
+ Must be good at succinctly defining issues and bringing them
quickly to resolution.
+ Ability to analyze and manipulate data for reporting and
identifying areas of inventory concerns.
+ Ability to develop and update spreadsheets with multiple data
sources.

Skills / Competencies
+ Experience with Cycle Counts desired.
+ Candidate must be able to operate independently and with little
guidance.
+ Strong Analytical, Root Analysis and Problem solving Skills
required.
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a
working knowledge of advanced systems and basic database
relationships.
+ Experience with SAP or other MRP / ERP system a plus.
+ Computer literacy is required with a familiarity with MS Outlook,
PowerPoint, and Word.
Qualifications
+ Candidates must be able to operate independently with little
guidance while being a positive contributor to a team
environment.
+ Candidates must have excellent verbal, written and presentation
coummunication skills.
+ Candidates will lead by example and have a proven record of
excellence in attendance, dependability and safety.
+ Candidates should be a team player.
+ Candidate must be self motivated, well organized, flexible and
able to handle the pressure of a high-volume operation.
+ Computer literacy is reguired with a familiarity with MS Outlook,
PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
+ Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years
manufacturing and/or distribution experience.
+ Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
+ Demonstrated understanding SIx Sigma concepts and techniques and
continuous improvement activities preferred.
+ Level 4 Trained preferred.
+ Demonstrated understanding of root cause and corrective action
tools/methods.
+ Experience with SAP/RF/Operations preferred.
Education
+ Bachelor's degree required.
