Job Description:
- Lead and/or assist in scoping, solution and estimating project
requests as appropriate through the Plant Manager; apply global
solutions that drive process standardization and simplification -
Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of end to end
project deliverables in accordance with identified operating model
to ensure consistency and quality - Identify project roles,
responsibilities and skills needed to execute assigned projects -
Create kickoff deck, inclusive of defining project scope and
objectives in alignment with approved project request - Direct the
project team during the development of a detail project plan in
alignment with project scope and objectives - Lead and ensure the
delivery of all project tasks in partnership with technical and
functional partners; hold team member accountable for identified
roles and responsibilities during project execution - Lead and
ensure delivery of all projects related documentation according to
the project RACI matrix - Facilitate recurring Sponsor meetings to
ensure transparency of project status and issues to Project,
Business and Technical Sponsors - Create and deliver project
related presentations for key stakeholder and executive
communications - Actively participate in project change management
activities; promote key aspects of the project vision with project
and business partners; manage resistance - Utilize application and
tool expertise to assist in the definition and documentation of
business/functional requirements, ensuring application of global
processes to the solution - Own creation and/or review of global
process documentation and related process flows utilizing defined
templates and tools - Mature capabilities and provide support for
Plant Management processes and tools - Exhibit strong initiative,
problem solving and management skills - Provide clear and concise
project communication, both written and verbalProject leader
qualifications: - High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft
products including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,
SharePoint and Outlook - Excellent verbal, written and presentation
skills; must be proficient in English - Ability to communicate
effectively with all levels of the organization and external
resources - Proven problem-solving skills from problem assessment
to solution selection; ability to identify alternatives and make
contingency plans - Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to
new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities -
Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills -
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
- Must be capable of understanding project and business
requirements; and how these requirements apply to complex
enterprise systems and interfaces - High degree of initiative and
independent judgment; perform duties and makes decisions and
recommendations under limited supervision, applying a broad
knowledge of principles, practices and procedures - Advanced
organizational problem solving, consensus building and conflict
resolution skills - Proven leadership skills to lead the team and
business through change - Knowledge of Financial Services, Payments
Industry or Card related industries preferred - Must be able to
travel to 20% - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,
Accounting, Finance or equivalent - 3 years progressive project
management, and/or process standardization experience including
major enterprise systems implementation and integration and/or
software development systems projects in large operating
environments - 5+ years of experience working on diverse, direct
and matrixed teams
