An RSC earns an average of $45,000+ (base pay plus commission)
in target compensation if personal sales goals are successfully met
and exceeded. Commission earnings are based on meeting
predetermined sales goals for a given market.

Essential Job Duties
Meet or exceed minimum monthly sales quota for Post-Paid Voice
Excel in selling other key metrics including Prepaid, Premium
Video, Broadband Internet, Accessories, Protection, Next Up, and

Troubleshooting customer service issues and escalations while
leveraging your expertise of AT&T's products and services.
