Job Description:
The Material Planning Manager is responsible for developing and
maintaining the short-to-medium-term production schedule, ensuring
adequate materials are available to support manufacturing. This
cross-functional role will collaborate across supply chain,
procurement, production, and quality to optimize material flow,
maintain ERP accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in planning
processes. Client Details A fast-growing health food manufacturer.
Description Create and manage production schedules and material
plans Analyze MRP outputs and convert into purchase and production
orders Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement to
prevent shortages Maintain accurate BOMs, routings, and item data
in ERP Communicate material risks and align cross-functional teams
Identify slow-moving inventory and help develop mitigation plans
Drive reporting and continuous improvement initiatives Profile
Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of experience in CPG
manufacturing or food production Strong Excel and MS Office skills
ERP experience (preferably Microsoft D365) Certifications such as
CPIM or CSCP a plus Strong communication skills, attention to
