CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND BEHAVIORAL TRAITS REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY PERFORM THIS JOB:
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is considered a critical link between the bank and our customers and plays a vital role in the branch's success. A CSR is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including sales and service functions, and making referrals. A CSR processes all transactions, including the sale of official checks and money orders.
This position reports to Customer Service Representative Supervisor and has no direct reports
The primary duties of a CSR include, but not limited to, the following:
Physical Demands: This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, the lifting of coin or currency up to forty pounds. This position requires significant standing, walking, bending, and stooping as necessary.
Travel is expected for training as well as some overnight stays
