Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Grenada, MS Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,632 to $1,826 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title RN (Registered Nurse), Telemetry City/State: Grenada, Mississippi Shift: 12H Days, Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00 Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 03/02/2026 Job Description: Registered Nurse needed for Telemetry unit in a small critical care facility. Candidates should possess solid experience with telemetry patients and be capable of working with occasional pediatric cases. Responsibilities: Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on medical and nursing plans of care. Monitor and record patients' conditions and document care provided via EPIC charting system. Requirements: 2 or more years of RN experience preferred. EPIC charting experience/proficiency is required. ACLS and BLS Certification. Fingerprinting requirement with in-person or remote process.
