As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will include providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. You can expect to conduct health assessments, administer medications, and collaborate closely with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans. In your role as a Cart Nurse, you will work from 7 PM to 7 AM, ensuring continuity of care throughout the day.
