Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in
Pontotoc, MS. This is a contract position covering maternity leave,
starting in March and continuing through the end of the school
year. The role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by
addressing the speech and language needs of students across all
grade levels. Qualifications: Active Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) license in Mississippi is required Experience working with
K-12 students preferred Strong assessment and intervention skills
in speech and language therapy Ability to collaborate effectively
with educators, parents, and other professionals Job Details:
Contract duration: March through end of school year Hours: 37.5
hours per week, Monday through Friday Caseload: Covering maternity
leave for a diverse student population Responsibilities: Conduct
evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide
direct speech and language therapy services to students across K-12
Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with
