Sulligent, AL Setting: Adult Primary Care Schedule: Mon Fri 7:30AM
4:00PM Start Date: ASAP 3 month contract with extensions and option
to move PERMANENT IF DESIRED ROLE OVERVIEW: Provide primary care
Patient volume: 14-20 per day EMRs: Epic Supported by APPs,
physician, and nursing staff REQUIREMENTS: Board Certified FM
Active AL license BLS & DEA certifications Minimum 1 year of
