Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible fellowship trained Pain Management physician. • Our health system covers a service area of 8 counties and over 350,000 in East Central MS and West AL. We have a large referral base. A new physician would walk into an existing high-volume practice, as well as have the opportunity for career advancement and leadership roles within the organization.
• Cover an Outpatient Clinic and inpatients in our 215-bed hospital.
• Provide care for patients with acute, chronic and/or cancer pain in an outpatient setting while coordinating patient care needs with other specialists.
• Broad mix of procedures (epidurals, blocks, ablations, PRP, stem) and medical management.
• Hospital Employed Practice
• No call after hours or weekends
• Established team consisting of one BC Pain treatment/Anesthesia physician & one PA.
• Level III Trauma Center and Level III NICU.
• Teaching opportunities with local Family Medicine residency program.
