This job is ideal for someone that loves INNOVATION:--- Lead and participate in multiple simultaneous engineering efforts for new product development projects--- Review new product design concepts, 3D models, and drawings for manufacturability --- Design and document CNC machining processes for new products: SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans, layout studies, cycle time analyses, financial--- Specify and procure new tools, equipment, packaging, and other resources prior to new product launch--- Lead preparation and implementation of equipment commissioning and new product trial builds --- Implement process changes on time and within the budget for new product launch

PS- Here's what we're hoping you'll have;--- 3 - 5 years experience in manufacturing (preferably automotive but we're flexible on this part), or new product launch--- 3 - 5 years of engineering experience--- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
