Experienced Forklift Operators - $18.00 per Hour - 1st Shift positions availableTime: 6:00am to 6:00pm1st Shift available 12 hour shifts rotating 48 hours/36 hours schedule Monday, Tuesday, Saturday Sunday/Wednesday, Thursday, and FridayJBS Prepared Foods wants you to join our team of Essential Workers!When you join the JBS Prepared Foods Team you will receive these great benefits and so much more!Weekly Pay (every Friday)Excellent work/life balance(10 hour rotating shift schedule Monday-Thursday/Wednesday-Saturday)Benefit Options (after just 60 days) -Health, Vision, Dental, and More! for you and your family!Paid Holidays8 days PAID vacation (after just 1 year)Primary Focus for forklift operators:Unload product and ensure all quantity and quality requirements are met, all paperwork matches, and all receiving requirements are met according to the receiving record.Duties and Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:Check and record receiving documents.Observe the cleanliness of the truck.Replace any defecting bar codes or labels.Notify the supervisor of any damages, shortages, or discrepancies.Properly slot product according to the Put Away function on the RF scan gun.Knows and demonstrates 6S principles.Back up Responsibilities:Puller/StagerWork Environment/Physical Demands:Lifting, stacking and working in a cold environment.Requirements:Ability to operate a pallet jack and a forklift.Ability to lift and stack/load product onto pallets2 + years of forklift experience required. Must pass a hands-on forklift skill evaluation test.Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.High School Diploma or GEDDrug screen and background check requiredPlease apply at jbssa.com/careers.
